What is the difference between normal combustion and fully premixed wall-mounted boiler combustion? Normal combustion: In conventional combustion technology, the size of the opening is adjusted using a gas proportional valve to adjust the load. In this case, the gas amount can be adjusted, but the intake amount cannot be adjusted. Since the gas and air do not reach the complete combustion mixing ratio, the thermal efficiency of this combustion technology is very low. Fully premixed wall-mounted boiler combustion: The combustion of the fully premixed wall-mounted boiler occurs after the air and gas are fully mixed. The fully premixed wall-mounted boiler has the characteristics of fast combustion speed, high flame temperature, complete combustion, low excess air coefficient, and high thermal efficiency. Why is the fully premixed wall-mounted boiler energy-saving? It uses fully premixed combustion. The amount of air required for gas combustion is to ensure more complete combustion; too little air will affect the completeness of combustion. Fully mixed combustion is different from the combustion method of ordinary wall-mounted boilers. Under different load conditions, the air-fuel ratio is always in the optimal state at the time of leaving the factory, ensuring complete combustion without excess air, making combustion more complete and more energy-saving. Smoke condensation: The fully premixed wall-mounted boiler condenses the water vapor in the flue gas by lowering the flue gas temperature, making full use of almost all the sensible heat and part of the latent heat of water vapor, resulting in effective flue gas. However, the temperature of ordinary fireplaces is very high, so the latent heat in the water vapor cannot be utilized.
At the same time, the high flue gas temperature takes away sensible heat, reducing thermal efficiency. Fully mixed furnaces are more energy-saving than ordinary wall-mounted boilers. The mature wall-mounted technology is the adaptive system of the oxygen sensor. However, the oxygen sensor is prone to poisoning, which can easily reduce detection sensitivity after long-term use.
Real-time detection and control of the opening degree of the gas valve achieve closed-loop control. The full operation of the oxygen sensor greatly shortens the lifespan of the oxygen sensor.
When changing the detection sequence, a short-term smoke detection and adjustment is performed during each ignition, and then the smoke channel entering the oxygen sensor is closed. Before the smoke exceeds the reference value, an appropriate detection value is set, and the sensor smoke channel is closed to protect the oxygen sensor and avoid poisoning.
In addition, during each ignition, the system will correct the sensitivity of the oxygen sensor to lower the sensitivity curve and adjust the detection accuracy based on the reduced parameters to avoid reduction. This can greatly improve the lifespan of the oxygen sensor.
However, intermittent adjustment of the gas valve can only be used for this immediate use. Body-type adjustment is another adaptive thermal coupling detection of flame temperature.
Under the condition of constant gas volume, change the air volume. Each group has three air volume variation values, with the middle air volume value being the highest flame temperature detected by the thermocouple. The current opening amount of the electrical control valve is consistent with the current air volume. Excess air and air will lower the flame temperature.
