→ Good water resistance, improve the water resistance of the paper, can reduce or replace the sizing agent in the pulp;
→ Low viscosity, good operability, no sticky roll, sticky cylinder phenomenon;
→ Improve the surface strength and printing adaptability of paper, reduce the phenomenon of paper wool and powder and printing paste;
→ Can appropriately increase the amount of filler, reduce production costs;
→ Does not affect the whiteness of the paper.
Usage and dosage
→ Surface sizing agent is generally used in combination with oxidized starch and other surface sizing starch;
→ When in use, after starch gelatinization is completed and the temperature is lowered to about 65℃, the surface sizing agent emulsion is added to the starch pump inlet (or outlet) with a metering pump;
→ Surface sizing agent reference dosage: 2-5 kg/ton paper (depending on paper type and finished product quality requirements).
Packing and storage
→200kg-1000kg plastic drum packaging;
→ Sealed storage, avoid freezing and sun exposure;
→ Shelf life 1 month at room temperature.

This product generally does not irritate the skin, will not cause skin allergy, little irritation to the eyes, if accidentally splashed into the eyes, should immediately rinse with water, and seek medical guidance.
