Sanpu Boiler: Must safety hazards be checked when using the boiler?

If we use the Miura boiler, if we feel that some erroneous areas must be stopped immediately and checked. Otherwise, once a safety accident occurs, the adverse effects will be very serious. So, what safety risks should we eliminate?
1. Safety risks of the operation and ignition system software
1) Internal leakage of the burner: If there is a leak in the burner valve, the leak measuring instrument equipped with the burner is ineffective, or the burner is not equipped with a leak measuring instrument at all, flammable gas can enter the furnace, and once ignited, it can cause a furnace explosion. This is one of the key reasons for the explosion of the Miura boiler.
2) Insufficient ignition: The improper operation of the burner air-fuel ratio can cause natural gas combustion CO, leading to CO poisoning in the boiler room clinic.
3) Dry firing: If the low water level alarm and the extremely low water level lock protector are ineffective, it can easily cause the boiler to dry out. If emergency measures are not taken, improper power supply can lead to boiler explosion.
2. Gas pipeline leakage or flue gas pipeline leakage in the Miura boiler room can cause poisoning or explosion.
3. Safety risks of safety accessories of the Miura boiler include valves, thermometers, pressure gauges, smart water meters, etc. If not regularly maintained as required or timely sewage discharge tests are not conducted, it can render safety accessories and instruments ineffective;
4. The Miura boiler operates at working pressure. Overpressure operation of the boiler will inevitably damage the boiler's structure, even leading to safety risks in the operation of the Miura boiler.
