This is mainly manifested in symptoms such as increased gas consumption, insufficient heating, and reduced hot and cold sanitary hot water. If the heat exchange components of the gas wall-mounted boiler ultimately remain in such a high load state, the damage to the gas wall-mounted boiler will be very serious, especially the harm to the plate heat exchanger, so users should pay special attention to the choice of boiler brands. Most of the heaters we use are made of cast iron. Residues from sand molds and other impurities in the radiators cannot be completely removed during the engineering installation process; moreover, the water in the heating system is always closed and circulated, and the heating part of the gas wall-mounted boiler does not have a filter, allowing corrosive residues and impurities from the water itself to enter the heat, which is then circulated back through the gas wall-mounted boiler's pump. These impurities will continue to decompose at high temperatures, some of which will scale and adhere to the gas wall-mounted boiler's inner wall, causing its pipe diameter to thin. Therefore, the pressure of the circulating pump further increases, and long-term operation can reduce or even jam the speed of the gas wall-mounted boiler's circulating pump, severely affecting its lifespan. For heating systems, since the heating panels accumulate a large amount of impurities during their first use, it is recommended to drain the dirty water and refill it with new water after one year of use, and to replace it after a few years. Because each water change introduces a large amount of alkali, the alkali content in the fixed water is certain; therefore, the water in the heating system should not be changed frequently. After the heating season ends, you only need to clean and maintain the gas wall-mounted boiler separately.
