Product introduction
With the large amount of reuse of secondary fibers, impurities in waste paper such as: Adhesive materials such as ink carrier, latex adhesive in coated paper, adhesive on tape, hot melt resin used in book and magazine back paste, and wax in box board paper will accumulate more and more in waste pulp and white water system of paper machine. When they accumulate to a certain extent, they will be deposited in paper forming nets, dry nets, blankets, press rollers, guide rollers, scrapers, suction boxes, dryer surfaces and pipes, resulting in paste mesh, mesh blocking, sticking dryer and uneven wet dehydration, and more broken paper.
Ad-k01 can effectively control the adhesive impurities in the paper making system, protect the relative cleanliness of the system, reduce the pollution of the net blanket and dryer, improve the filter water of the paper machine, and help the retention of fine fibers and dyes.

Usage and dosage
The conventional dosage of 0.2-0.5kg/ton paper is continuously added to the inlet of the paper machine sizing pump.
