Medium alkaline sizing agent AKD-Ⅰ is a reactive sizing agent for paper making under medium alkaline conditions. It is a new sizing agent developed and promoted by our company and has good retention performance. Performance characteristics
→ Give paper high water resistance, gloss and strength, good page durability, low yellowing value;
→ with self-retention function, small loss, less consumption;
→ Less foam, non-stick cylinder, improve production efficiency, reduce blanket consumption;
→ Reduce equipment corrosion, high white water utilization. Reduce the difficulty of wastewater treatment and reduce the cost of wastewater treatment.
Usage and dosage
This product is suitable for all kinds of pulp and models, but the pulp is different, the paper machine is different, the water quality is different, the adding method (location) is different and the quality requirements are different, the dosage will have a certain change. The conventional dosage is 5-25 kg/ton paper, the PH value of the Internet slurry is 6.5-8.0, and the metering pump is continuously added before the Internet (high box or pressure screen outlet). If the conditions for continuous addition are not available, it can also be added to the slurry mixing tank.
When there is more anionic waste in the system, an anionic waste catcher should be added.
Packing and storage
→200kg-1000kg plastic drum packaging;
→ Sealed storage, avoid freezing and sun exposure;
→ Shelf life 1 month at room temperature.

This product generally does not irritate the skin, will not cause skin allergy, little irritation to the eyes, if accidentally splashed into the eyes, should immediately rinse with water, and seek medical guidance.
