Performance Characteristics
This product is a multifunctional synthetic polymer that integrates water resistance and enhancement, with excellent affinity to fibers and outstanding water resistance. It can be used in combination with starch or alone, reducing the Cobb value of paper, improving paper stiffness and surface strength, and can completely replace internal sizing agents, purifying the paper machine system, reducing water treatment pressure, and lowering production costs.
Usage Method
→ Continuously add with a metering pump. This product needs to be used in conjunction with aluminum sulfate, which is generally added at 2-5 kg/ton of paper;
→ Addition Point: Generally, aluminum sulfate is added at the inlet of the sizing pump, and this product is added at the outlet of the sizing material pump.
Usage Amount
Regular dosage is 0.6kg-3kg. It should be determined according to the type of paper and the requirements of the finished paper.
Packaging and Storage
→ Packaged in plastic barrels of 200kg—1000kg;
→ This product should be stored in a ventilated, cool, and dry place, avoiding freezing and exposure;
→ Shelf life of 3 months at 0-35℃.
Safety and Protection
This product generally does not irritate the skin, will not cause skin allergies, and has very little irritation to the eyes. If it accidentally splashes into the eyes, rinse immediately with clean water and seek medical advice.
